Welcome to NewGen APPs ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using any NewGen APPs platform or module, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our applications, you agree to follow all rules, laws, and responsibilities listed in this document.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

2. Definitions

  • Software: All AI tools, dashboards, apps, platforms provided by NewGen APPs
  • User: Anyone who accesses or uses our software
  • Client: Paid or enterprise customer

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your account secure
  • Not share passwords
  • Not misuse the platform
  • Notify us of unauthorized access

4. Use Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or modify our software
  • Use the software for illegal or harmful activities
  • Attack, overload, or disrupt service
  • Circumvent authentication
  • Remove branding or legal notices

5. Data Ownership

Clients retain full ownership of:

  • Bioprocess data
  • Scientific data
  • Business data
  • Uploaded files

NewGen APPs does NOT claim ownership.

6. License

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your organization.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • NewGen APPs is not liable for lost data
  • NewGen APPs is not liable for business interruptions
  • NewGen APPs is not liable for scientific or experimental outcomes

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

Users may request account closure anytime.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
